Toms River slim blue line portray suspect indicted more than video threats

TOMS RIVER – The township guy who was accused of painting his individual professional-law enforcement slender blue line on Hooper Avenue before this year has been indicted on rates he posted threatening films on YouTube, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer claimed.

David Giordano, 36, has been indicted on costs of terroristic threats and phony general public alarms, Billhimer said.

Earlier this calendar year, Ocean County Sheriff Michael G. Mastronardy had asked the Ocean County Board of Commissioners to assistance painting a professional-law enforcement slim blue line down the middle of Hooper Avenue. The thought was dropped simply because highway markings are standardized by the state and federal governments, and to deviate from individuals standards would depart the county government vulnerable to lawsuits in the event of a really serious accident, county officials explained.
